Organisation of Dairy Equity and the Manager

Dairy Equity has a separate Board of Directors to ensure best practice corporate governance and ensure that Shareholders' interests are held paramount. The majority of the Board are independent.

The Manager, DEL Management Ltd is focussed on implementing the investment strategy of Dairy Equity and providing day-to-day management of Dairy Equity under the Management Agreement.
