The result of the resolution put to shareholders at Dairy Equity's ASM today.
Resolution 1 - Auditor
CARRIED
To reappoint Deloitte as auditor to:
- hold office from the conclusion of this meeting to the conclusion of the next annual meeting; and
- audit the financial statements for the period 1 September 2008 to 31 August 2009; and to authorise the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration for the ensuing year.
